A few words from Kyle
Why did you decide to focus on wills and estates?
I initially fell into wills and estates as a practice area when I was a newly admitted solicitor, and I've never looked back. I quickly found that it offered an interesting combination of technical legal work and the opportunity to work closely with people. No two clients, families or matters are ever quite the same, so every day brings a new and interesting challenge.
What do you enjoy most about helping clients?
I genuinely enjoy meeting new clients and getting to know them. Wills and estates matters are often very personal, whether someone is planning for the future, administering the estate of a loved one or dealing with a dispute. I enjoy working alongside clients to understand their circumstances and helping them through whatever issue they're facing at the time.
What can clients expect when they meet you?
Clients can expect me to be down to earth, approachable and straightforward. I don't believe in making matters more complicated than they need to be or overwhelming people with legal jargon. I take the time to listen, explain everything in plain English and provide clear, practical advice, so clients understand their options and feel confident about the way forward.
